Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal, on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch your order on the same day it is placed or on the following business day.

International orders are shipped via DHL and typically take 1–3 business days to be delivered. If no one is available at the delivery address, DHL will usually contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Domestic orders (within Portugal) are shipped also with DHL and also usually take 1–3 business days. If no one is available at the address, DHL will generally attempt a second delivery or contact you.

Please note that we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable or the delivery address being unattended. In case the package is returned to us, a new shipping fee will be charged to resend the order.
