SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal, on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
We usually dispatch your order on the same or next working day.
Free shipping on all orders over €200.
EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS (EU)
Prices shown include local VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside the EU)
Customs duties and taxes are included in the final price.
The prices displayed already include all applicable taxes and import duties — there will be no additional costs upon delivery.

RETURNS
To avoid sizing issues, please check our size charts and individual product notes before purchasing.
All garments are measured carefully, but small variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of our production.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Please note that socks, undergarments, and helmets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
EU CUSTOMERS
- Email webstore@maria-ridingcompany.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Note: Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odor-free, and with all original tags attached. - Prepare the package using the original bag or other suitable packaging (attach the return label clearly).
- If your order was shipped via DHL Standard (orders under €200), the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

1300-366 Lisbon, Portugal - If your order qualified for free shipping, the return shipping cost is covered by us. After receiving your return request, we will send you a DHL return label. You can then drop off the parcel at a DHL point or arrange collection with your local DHL service.
Important notes:
- Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped with tracking to the address above.
- We cannot collect returns from pickup points.
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside the EU)
- Email webstore@maria-ridingcompany.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Note: Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odor-free, and with all original tags attached.
If your order qualified for DHL Express or free shipping, the return shipping cost is covered by us.
After receiving your return request, we will send you a DHL return label.
You can then drop off the parcel at a DHL point or arrange collection with your local DHL service.
Important notes:
- Items must be in perfect condition and in their original bags with tags attached.
- We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
Maria Riding Company is not responsible for return delivery times or for any damages occurring during return shipping.
We only accept garments in new, unworn condition, with tags attached and free of defects (unless the item is faulty).
Unauthorized or unacceptable returns will be sent back to the sender at their own cost.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the same payment method.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size or model, please place a new order directly through our website.
